At Blewsy, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our policy before making a purchase.

1. Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

  • Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items with stains, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible for exchange unless received in that condition.

Valid Reasons for Exchange

  • Wrong size received

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

Exchange Charges

  • The first size exchange is completely free.

  • If you request a second size exchange for the same product, an additional ₹199 charge will apply.

Sale Items

  • Only size exchange is allowed for sale items, subject to stock availability.

  • Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.

2. Return Policy

If you don’t like the product or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Return Charges

  • A ₹100 deduction will be applied from your order total as a handling fee.

  • The remaining balance will be credited to you as store credits, which can be used for future purchases.

3. Additional Information

  • Gift cards and coupon codes can be applied to exchanged or future purchases.

  • Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability at the time of request.

  • Blewsy reserves the right to decline exchanges or returns that do not meet the above conditions.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

  1. Email us at team.blewsy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return.

  2. Once approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for pickup or return shipping.

  3. After receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credits as per the policy above.
