Refund policy

Return Window:

• Requests must be placed within 72 hours of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Charges:

• A ₹100 deduction will apply for reverse shipping.

Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued as store credit (coupon code) after QC (quality check) is complete at our warehouse.

Coupon Code Terms:

• Valid for 180 days from issue date.
• Can be used only once.
• Value of new product must be equal to or higher than the coupon amount.
• Coupon codes and store credits cannot be combined in one order.
• Exchange/return is not allowed on orders made using store credits
